I love pop songs that are three minutes or less. The length may be based on 78 rpm record lengths but it appeals to those with a short attention span. I want songs filled with melodies and hooks galore. The hooks can be messy and noisy and weird but still crammed with everything right. I want songs that make you want to “destroy and create who knows what.”
